What if I want to be reminded more than six days prior to an event?
Currently Greetingflix only offers up to a six-day notification. We may increase the time options in the future, however in the meantime you can "fool" the site by simply making the actual date of the event sooner.

Get GreetingFlix Pro
What if I need more than 1GB (gigabyte) of storage space?
Even if all your photos are larger than normal, such as 3MB each, the 1GB of storage you get as a Pro is enough to create over 50 Greetingflixes (on average). If you're like most Pro users whose photos average less than 1MB each, it's enough for over 120. However to ensure we accomodate all users and needs, additional blocks of storage are available for a nominal fee, which will be announced soon.

Will my existing Greetingflixes still be in My Scrapbook after I upgrade to Pro?
Yes, all your current Greetingflixes created with the Basic version will remain in your Scrapbook, available for your use just as before you became a Pro.

Image Uploading
Should I be concerned about the "file size" of my photos?
If a photo's file size is too large, it will take a long time to upload. Too small, and the quality might suffer. Ideally your photos should be between 300KB (kilobytes) and 3MB (megabytes). If you think you might want to order prints or photo gifts of a particular image, it's best to upload a larger file size (preferably over 1MB) to maximize quality.

Basic users need to limit file sizes whenever possible, since they have a limited 20MB of storage space. This is not a problem with Pro users, who have over 1000MB (1 Gigabyte) of initial space, with more available for a very nominal fee.

Is Greetingflix compatible with Mac computers?
Currently Greetingflix is not compatible with Mac computers. We will be compatible with Mac computers in early 2007.

What types of photo files will Greetingflix accept?
Greetingflix accepts JPEG images of virtually any size or resolution. Unless you change the settings, almost all digital cameras produce JPEG images. If your photos are not in JPEG format, you can easily convert them using popular image-editing programs from Windows Paint to Adobe Photoshop.

How does this step work?
Greetingflix tells you how many photos you'll need for the template you selected in the previous step. You can choose these photos from your existing Albums, from an new Album you can create on this page, or both.

If you're creating a new Album, you'll be able to upload photos from your computer or any attached device such as a digital camera or external hard drive.

The photos you upload remain in your Albums. They are available for other Greetingflixes, unless you choose to delete them using the options in the "My Albums" section of your Scrapbook. In the near future, you'll also be able to order prints and photo gifts from any of your Album photos.

My Scrapbook
When DVD ordering is available, will I be able to do this with my existing Greetingflixes?
Yes, you will be able to order DVDs (and prints too!) of all the Greetingflixes and photos in your Scrapbook and Albums, as long as you do not delete them.

How can I re-send the Greetingflixes in My Scrapbook?
If you are in "Display as Thumbnails" view, just click the "Select Action" button on the Greetingflix you want to send, and select "Send" from the list of options. This will take you to the "Send Your Greetingflix" page, where you can enter the email addresses of your recipients and send the flix.

If you are in "Display as List" mode, the process is the same except first you need to click the "View" link next to the Greetingflix you want to send, which will display the thumbnail.

How can I view the "Quick Tour" again that I saw when I first signed up?
Just go to the home page and click the "Quick Tour" button.
